Island Cat Resources & Adoption

NUTMEG (II)

NUTMEG (II) pic

This elegant tortie was trapped and spayed as an older kitten at the home of a man in W. Oakland who had far too many cats to care for them adequately. ICRA assisted him and did TNR (trap-neuter-release) for Nutmeg and the other cats in her colony who weren't socialized to humans. She is feral and not adoptable as a house cat. Despite this she is very vocal and accustomed to her feeder although nervous around those she doesn't know. She is super cute and chatty even though she can't be touched. Nutmeg is an urgent case as her former guardian died in 2009 and she must be moved from the property as soon as possible. Nutmeg was born in 2001. Bio# GFC006 HH
