Avoid getting FIV and FIP vaccines for rescue cats or ferals. Their efficacy is not high enough to warrant the cost. If cost is an issue overall for your budget, Spay or Neuter surgery is the priority over all vaccines. Spay/Neuter will save the most animal lives.
