ICRA does not have a shelter. Many of the cats we assist were formerly owned, either becoming lost or abandoned. The backbone of our organization is our Foster Parents, for it is they who take these cats into their home and provide food, love, and shelter until we can adopt them into a permanent home.

If you have room in your heart and home for one of the cats we rescued from the streets, please consider providing them a temporary indoor-only home. We will provide instruction and answer any questions you may have.

It is a very rewarding experience to help cats and kittens through this socialization stage and see them successfully placed.
